Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our digital 3D art courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content and exercises. This ensures that you've given the course a fair try without consuming a substantial portion of the materials.

2 Required Information

Your refund request must include:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Course purchase date and title
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Order/transaction number

3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 30% of content has been accessed
  • Bundle purchases (except as noted below)
  • Downloadable resources that have been accessed
  • Mentorship sessions that have already taken place

Special Circumstances

For course bundles, we may offer partial refunds for specific courses within the bundle that meet the refund criteria, while deducting the value of courses you wish to keep.

In cases of technical issues that prevent proper course access, our refund window may be extended if you have contacted our support team within the original 14-day period to report and attempt to resolve the issues.

Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that any applicable processing fees or currency conversion charges may be deducted from your refund amount in accordance with our payment processor's policies.

Course Cancellation by Quiplldhunix

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, all enrolled students will receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window or content access percentage. We will also offer affected students the opportunity to transfer to an alternative course at a discounted rate.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have concerns about our refund decision, please contact our customer service team to discuss your case. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

For unresolved disputes, Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides protections for consumers regarding the quality of goods and services.
